Some basic tips to improve your tennis game


If you are seriously interested in tennis as a way to keep fit and healthy, as a weekend sports or for any reason at all, here are some basic tips that can help guide your enjoyment and success in their chosen sport.

1. Equip yourself with the best tennis equipment that suits your playing style. Before going to buy whatever takes your fancy, ask advice from local tennis club professional as to what type of bike is right for you, the grip size, weight and balance.
