Fighting both happened in a parking lot in Studio Westlake, where the two musicians were working.
TMZ quoted from MTV reported, Frank Ocean and his colleagues want to dissuade Brown out of the studio.
Ocean told Brown that his studio and the parking lot was hers.
Chris himself was trying not to shake hands with Frank provoked, but he suddenly attacked by colleagues Frank and there was commotion among the Franks with Chris Brown.
