Jason London Police Hold In Fighting in Bar
Star of "Dazed and Confused" Jason London has been arrested in Arizona and charged with assault and disorderly conduct in a bar fight.
London reportedly punch and then pee in a patrol car, a police report said Tuesday.
40-year-old actor, who plays the main character Randall "Pink" Floyd in the 1993 comedy "Dazed and Confused" that provide an explanation in the social networking accounts on his Twitter that he was attacked and injured and that the accusations against him are false.
"I would never say or do shit they report," he said in a message on Tuesday. "Trust me. Truth will emerge and you'll see it."
"A man judge me teasing her boyfriend and he attacked me," wrote London. "My wife was in the room next door, and do not know what happened. I hate Arizona." London is married to
actress Sofia Karstens.
Police said London was at the bar Martini Ranch in suburban Phoenix, Scottsdale on Sunday when a stranger complained that London sneeze at him and asked him to apologize.
Instead of apologizing, London punching him, according to a report from Scottsdale police. He was escorted out by guards and in the process he hit them, so the security guard was "self-defense" of London, he added.
A bouncer Martini Ranch 26-year-old, who was not identified, recorded by the police as a victim in the incident.
London was charged with assault with intent to injure and
disorderly conduct, the report said.
"London showing signs and symptoms of alcohol abuse are clearly extreme," wrote one officer in the report.
Because of the swelling and bruising around his right eye due to the brawl, London treated by health workers but "started attacking and cursing" them, the report said.
Meanwhile, while sitting in the back of a patrol car on the way to prison, one of the officers saw London "lean to the left and pee in his pants" after the actor complained about the smell in the vehicle, according to police reports.
London in recent years seen appearing in several television shows, such as the political drama "Scandal". In 2000, he starred in the television movie "Jason and the Argonauts" and in 1999 appeared in the horror film "The Rage: Carrie 2".
