Pressing Tight Jeans testicles?

Before marriage I like to wear tight jeans. One time my testicles tehimpit tights are, consequently I have pain in the testicles. A week later the pain disappeared. Having been married almost 2 years I have not had a descendants. Is there any relation to the habits of wearing tight jeans? How docking solution? Thank you.
