Puck from 'Real World' jailed
Since Puck was sentenced to more than one year for the crime, TMZ theorizes he may have violated a court order.
Puck has always been known for his antagonistic personality.
He became the second Real World cast member to be evicted from the house, due greatly in part to his tumultuous relationship with HIV-positive Pedro Zamora.
Rainey, 42, was arrested at their house around 8 p. m. the night of the incident and faces up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine if convicted. They were arguing. a source told the Daily News.
Last year Rainey was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving after being seriously injured in a car crash on a rural San Diego County road with his 8-year-old son. he later told RadarOnline. com.
He was sentenced to a year in county jail in 2009 after pleading no contest in another domestic violence case.
