How to install windows 8 with flash drive

For many enthusiasts there's nothing quite like getting your hands on a shiny new release of Microsoft's Windows operating system. And that's precisely why the web is buzzing with all things Microsoft, as the software giant has made available a Release Preview of its next flagship OS, Windows 8.
The Release Preview is the final pre-release version of Windows 8 and is free to try, but if you want to put it through its paces without donating a blank DVD, here's a brief guide on how to easily install Windows 8 from a USB pen drive.
Here's what you need: a USB pen drive (4GB or greater in size), the Windows 8 Consumer Preview disk image file (64-bit download here, 32-bit download here), Microsoft's Windows 7 USB tool (download here) and a working PC.
Once you have all those, follow these steps:

1. Install and run Microsoft's Windows 7 USB tool. In the subsequent window (pictured below), browse to the 32-bit or 64-bit Windows 8 disk image file you've already downloaded and hit next.

2. With your USB stick plugged in (remember, it'll need to be at least 4GB in size for a 64-bit install), choose USB device as your media type.

3. Select the correct removable device from the drop-down menu, then click begin copying.

4. Sit back, relax, and make a cuppa while the USB tool formats your pen drive, makes it bootable, and copies over all of the Windows 8 files.

5. Once the process is complete, the USB drive can be used to boot a PC and run the Windows 8 setup process.

That's all there is to it. You'll save yourself a blank DVD, the Windows 8 setup process should be quicker from flash-based media, and it's of course a must on netbooks or laptops without an optical drive.

how to install windows 8 with flash

Pre-Beta version of Windows 8 Operating System It can be downloaded (unofficial). Maybe some of us have been preparing to use Windows 8's, and one of the best and fast way to install windows 8 or windows 7 is by using a USB pendrive.

Since most of the currently available motherboard supports booting from USB, now we will try to show you how to prepare a bootable USB drive to install Windows 8, though many free tools available to create a bootable USB flash (can boot like a CD / DVD) , but mostly free utility does not work perfectly, this time we'll use a simple and easy way 100% of the course work that uses the Command prompt only.

Requirements:

Windows 8 ISO or DVD of Windows 8
4GB USB stick
A PC with Windows Vista, Windows 7 or Windows 8.

Note: Please backup the contents of the USB flash before us, because we are going to format it later.

Steps to install Windows 8 through USB stick:

Plug the USB drive into your computer and backup our (store) before file2 in it if there is somewhere else.
Click Start -> All Programs -> Accessories Right click on Command Prompt and choose Run as administrator to run the Command Prompt with Administrator privileges. Click Yes if UAC window popped.

We can also run commands Command Prompt with Administrator privileges via the Start Menu - Search by typing CMD then followed by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Enter.
At the Command Prompt, type the following command and press Enter:

DISKPART

We will see a message like the following appears:
Now, type the command LIST DISK and hit enter to see the number of our USB flash disk which, in the following tutorrial USB flash I was under-1. Check the size of a USB flash next (cf picture) to ascertain the number USB drive which we will use.

Like the picture above, where his usb pendrive 15GB at number 1, so be sure to recognize the USB flash DISKPART us, if guns kedetect, try to unplug and reinsert the USB flashdisk then repeat STEP 2 above.

Now type the following command one by one followed by hitting the Enter key.

SELECT DISK 1

CLEAN

CREATE PARTITION PRIMARY

SELECT PARTITION 1

ACTIVE

FORMAT FS = NTFS

ASSIGN

EXIT

Now we have made our USB flash booting, Do not close the Command Prompt window of his, quite kecilin, and follow the first step next.
Now Mount ISO file is windows 8 we are using the program Virtual CD / DVD like Virtual Clone Drive (free) or Ultra ISO etc, if any of his players, enter into its DVD-ROM DVD.

Once we mount the ISO file it, write down the name of drive letter (eg Drive G :), because we will copy its contents to the USB flash us later.
Now we go back to the Command Prompt window earlier and start the following command:

G: CD BOOT and press Enter (where G: is a virtual drive that we make (mount))
Type: Bootsect.exe / NT60 J: (where A: is the name of our USB flash drive, we can check on my computer or windows explorer)

Now open Windows Explorer and copy all the contents of the ISO file that we had mounted using Virtual CD program or ultra ISO etc., copy all the contents to the USB flash us. If using a CD / DVD live copy it all into a usb flash us.

Another way that is easier to install Windows 8 using a USB drive is by using a small program called Rufus

Step2 to make a usb flash to be used to install Windows 8 using a tool Rufus:

Colokin usb stick into the computer operating system windows xp, vista or windows 7 and make sure if there's data2 therein backed / secured first.
Download and run the program rufus (rufus_v1.2.0.exe) with administrator privileges (for windows vista and windows 7)
Select Usb flash, select the file system to be used (FAT 32/NTFS), switch mode Quick format, "Create a bootable disk using: MS-DOS" and "Create extended label and icon files"

Right click on the image icon beside a small drive option "Create a bootable disk using", then select the location where the ISO file is windows 8.
Next, click the "Start" button to start the transfer file2 of windows 8 iso file to a USB flash, and once the process is complete, the USB flash can be used to install windows 8 just like using a CD / DVD.

Keep in mind, once filled with file2 USB flashdisk windows 8 installation, USB flashdisk can still be used as normal (just jgn formatted or deleted existing file2), whether it is used to store the data you (if there is space).

So easy and simple way to make a USB flash like us to be able to boot CD / DVD disk, to be used to install windows 8.

Note: Make sure the BIOS setting boot priority dikomputer we first use a USB stick.
